Working principle

The material is formed by the interaction principle of extrusion force and friction between the pressing wheel and the mold. No additives or adhesives are required during the processing of the material. Straw and other materials contain specific cellulose and lignin. Lignin is a structural monomer in the material and a phenylpropane-type polymer compound. It has the function of strengthening cell walls and bonding cellulose. Lignin is amorphous, and the main part is insoluble in any solvent at room temperature. It has no melting point, but has a softening point. When the temperature reaches a specific value, the lignin softens and the bonding force increases, and under the action of a specific pressure, the cellulose molecular groups are dislocated, deformed, and extended, and the adjacent biomass particles inside are meshed with each other, recombined and pressed into shape.
