Adopting international advanced technology, the crushing chamber is designed in a drop shape. The special secondary crushing design greatly improves the crushing efficiency. It adopts full-open operation door and elastic screen pressing mechanism, which is convenient for maintenance and replacement of screen.

Feed grinder consists of four parts

1. Feeding: Controlled by impeller feeder, the purpose is to obtain uniform and clean materials and avoid damage to the motor.

2. Crushing: Raw materials enter the crushing chamber; they are gradually broken into fine particles under the impact of high-speed hammers.

3. Screening: It is realized by winding the inner wall of the crushing chamber through the screen; materials with appropriate particle size can pass through the screen.

4. Discharge: The crushed material falls into the feed port to discharge the material.
